A broad polished sterling silver band is encircled by repeating raised Quaternary knots, with each four-point motif framed between smooth upper and lower borders. The spinner construction adds movement to the design, while the substantial 8.7 mm width gives the knotwork enough space to stand out clearly rather than disappear into the band.
The four-point knot is often associated with groups of four, including the seasons, cardinal directions, and classical elements. Combined with the continuous paths of Celtic knotwork, the pattern brings together ideas of balance, continuity, and connection without giving the symbol only one fixed interpretation.
