Every piece of jewelry purchased at Avadore is backed by our Lifetime Warranty. This guarantee covers defects in both materials and craftsmanship, and includes any repairs needed to restore your jewelry to its original condition.
Our warranty is here for you whenever an issue arises due to defects in materials or craftsmanship. We will also help restore your jewelry if normal wear over time requires repair or maintenance.
There are a few situations the warranty cannot cover. These include damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care. We also cannot replace items that are lost or stolen, or pieces that have been altered or repaired outside of our authorized jewelers.
If you ever need to use your warranty, simply email our Care Team with your order number and a description of the issue. Including photos helps us review your request quickly. Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how to send your piece back for service.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the jewelry to our repair center. Once the piece arrives and the warranty is confirmed, we'll cover all repairs as well as the cost of shipping it safely back to you.
