Many Avadore pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order, meaning each piece may contain natural variations that contribute to its uniqueness.

Production generally requires approximately 14–21 business days before shipment. Once completed, orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days through insured delivery services. Certain higher-value items may qualify for expedited dispatch.
Production timelines, shipping methods, delivery estimates, product availability, and pricing-related policies may change at any time based on material availability, artisan workload, supplier updates, carrier conditions, seasonal demand, or operational requirements.
While we strive to maintain accurate information throughout our website, certain details may occasionally change without prior notice.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
All orders are shipped fully insured.
Shipping rates are determined by order value and may change at any time without notice. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or locations outside the mainland United States.
Once an order has shipped, Avadore is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewelry, made-to-order items are generally not eligible for cash refunds.
For sterling silver jewelry orders, a 20 percent restocking fee may apply if an order is returned after shipment or delivery.
For gold jewelry orders, all returns or exchanges are subject to a 50 percent restocking fee, with a maximum charge of 200 dollars per item. Customers are also responsible for all outbound and return shipping and insurance costs.
These fees help cover labor, materials, craftsmanship, resizing, production, and handling costs associated with made-to-order jewelry.

Every piece purchased from Avadore is backed by our Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.
The warranty may also cover repairs related to normal wear over time, when reviewed and approved by Avadore.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs to our repair center. Once warranty coverage is confirmed, Avadore will cover repair costs and return shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, suspicious, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, branding, product names, graphics, photography, text, designs, and website content, is the property of Avadore and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avadore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
