Yes. For silver jewelry, a 20% restocking fee applies if the order is returned or not accepted upon delivery. For gold jewelry, returns or exchanges are subject to a 50% restocking fee (capped at $200 per item). Customers are also responsible for shipping and insurance costs on gold jewelry returns.
