All exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewelry, made-to-order items are generally not eligible for cash refunds.
For sterling silver jewelry orders, a 20 percent restocking fee may apply if a package is returned after shipment or delivery. This fee helps cover production, handling, and processing costs associated with made-to-order pieces.
Gold jewelry returns or exchanges are subject to a 50 percent restocking fee, with a maximum charge of 200 dollars per item. Customers are also responsible for shipping and insurance costs associated with both outbound and return transit. These fees help cover labor, materials, craftsmanship, and resizing expenses involved in producing custom-made jewelry.
Every piece is made-to-order, handcrafted by artisans, polished, detailed, and perfected. Production typically requires 14–21 business days.
Once production is completed, orders ship within 2–4 business days via insured shipping. Some higher-value items may qualify for expedited dispatch, shipping 1–2 business days after completion.
All orders are shipped fully insured, with rates based on order value to ensure proper coverage and secure delivery.
