Exchanges All exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receipt. We do not offer cash refunds. Restocking Fee For silver jewelry orders, a 20 percent restocking fee applies if the order is not accepted upon delivery or is returned without being received. If a silver order has already been produced, shipped, and delivered, and the customer chooses not to accept the delivery and sends it back, a 20 percent restocking fee will also apply. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. All gold jewelry returns or exchanges are subject to a 50 percent restocking fee, with a maximum charge of 200 dollars per item. Customers are also responsible for covering shipping and insurance costs for both the outbound and return transit. This fee helps cover the cost of labor, materials, and resizing. Production Time Every piece is made-to-order, handcrafted by artisans, polished, detailed, and perfected. Production typically requires 14–21 business days. Delivery Time Once production is completed, orders ship within 2–4 business days via insured shipping. Some higher-value items may qualify for expedited dispatch, shipping 1–2 business days after completion.
